$75-$120 hourly depending on server model, OS, and work being performed. Quotes are free, but a travel service fee will be assessed for distances beyond 30 miles as per our travel fee guidelines.

Solomon IT Works offers a competitive pricing plan to give monthly customers a discount on their routine services. Under retaining agreements, Solomon IT Consulting offers a 15% discount to customers who agree to retain Solomon IT services for a minimum of 4 billable hours monthly. This contract is able to be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. Contracts are negotiable to length and discounted a percentage from the standard billing rate with a minimum contract of 1 year.
Parts
Although parts are not included in hourly rates, Solomon will always attempt to get the very best price for any parts purchased and can offer warranty services on most parts beyond the manufacturer's warranty period. Ask an associate for details and cost.

Travel Service Fees
Standard Range - All service calls have a $20 flat travel fee for services performed off site from our primary office and are within 20 miles of our primary office.
Extended Range -Service calls are billed the standard range plus 48 cents per mile beyond the 20 mile range.

*Solomon does not charge per hour for virus / file / spyware scans run at our offices. Solomon must charge while scans are being run at a home/office consultation.
